Avoid at all cost!!!! They are a joke!!!Took a few rings there . Was offered £360 for one by Esther, who I must say was extremely polite and professional. I told her I will come back. Went back half hour late and was attended unfortunately by a young man who offered £220 for exactly the same ring AFTER HALF HOUR. when asked the reason, he blamed it on his colleague entering wrong information. When question further he then changed tack and said itn his "professional opinion" the diamond quality isn't as good as what his colleague assessed hence the massive price difference.doesnt matter that the said colleague was 10 times more experience than him. Esther came back and tried to talk to him but he didn't budge. All of this show Infront of the customers. Needless to say we just walked out of the shop,what a farce!!

I’ve visited this shop to change some money over for my holiday and I must say Jade is an asset to the company. Very helpful. Will definitely be returning to this store for her service
