I wanted something unique and was fortunate enough to have an old diamond ring that could be used to create something special. Clare was able to create a fantastic engagement ring given my quite vague requirements and gave me good help and advice. Final design was beautiful and the recipient is thrilled with it. I contacted Brooklinde Designer Goldsmiths with a view to the commission of a gold necklace for my daughter's 30th birthday. The reviews I read seemed exceptional, so it seemed that I could trust Brooklinde with this important gift. From the very first contact with the wonderful Clare I felt that I had chosen the right jewellers and that my daughter's gift was in safe hands. Clare took great pains to be clear about the design I wanted and was patient with my initial indecision. She helped me no end with the finer details. Communication throughout the process was reliable and nothing was too much trouble. Clare kept me informed of the various stages of making the necklace without me prompting her. The necklace arrived carefully and beautifully packaged in plenty of time for my daughter's birthday and she is now wearing a beautiful and unique piece of jewellery that she is delighted with. I would very highly recommend Brooklinde.

We came to see Clare for our wedding rings before the pandemic. They kept in touch with us during lockdown and were quick to answer to any of our questions. I wanted a special ring to fit behind my engagement ring. Her design was exactly what I wanted and I am super pleased with the result. She was nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
