Upon lunacare cymru taking up community concerns about Social services in caerphilly, We wanted to make the following review based Other people's experiences shared within our Community, and our own personal experiences with the service. Social Services Caerphilly has on multiple times removed reviews via relisting the service onto Google Maps, Despite this we had found more and more people throughout caerphilly have experienced, Unfair and Biased encounters, This is causing two crisis problems, 1. People are becoming more uncomfortable about approaching the social services and reporting such dangers due to a sense of being "set up for reporting" several elder generations have insisted they would never use the social services in caerphilly as the know of or have personally experienced negative impacts through social services actions. 2. The actions of internal staff and there "Innerhood" is creating victims on an alarming scale, Very biased, Manipulating documents, covering up each others tracks and having discussions in public about clients cases aside destroying the lives of children the biggest concern is the ignorance of physical violence towards a man, Social services had deliberately ignored domestic abuse towards a male and acted as if it was made up, admissions in court provided evidence that in fact the male was a victim of domestic abuse and financial control. Despite the evidence brought to social services they had in fact rejected the males complaints covered them up and said the case was closed....... Dangerous for our society people acting without thought and a failure in there duty of care. We are looking into possible legal action against the children's support department

I tried to call them over and over again but the services were very poor. I have neighbors whose son is crying all night and I tried to call them and they didn't help me with anything
