I have been spending the 6 weeks week out of the country trying to make a claim I have sent 9 emails 2 responses which have no resolved my issues I have emailed yet again no response. What a joke

Sold pax travel insurance with the sales patter that we know the issues the military face with cancelled leave etc don't worry we got you covered.
Well when my military flight was delayed out of Diego Garcia to Bahrain causing me to miss my civi connecting flight, these worms didn't want to pay out. Yeah sorry we don't cover delayed military flights.. .. I'm left out of pocket cheers pax.
This rip off company should be banned from stating they are military focused cos they don't give 2 squirts of piss about us.
