Definitely a surprise whilst visiting the castle. Also very eerie with all the rain today! Would recommend a visit for people interested in WW2 history

It is a shame that the Wartime Shelters part of the castles history, one of our most evocative and inspiring episodes has been so badly neglected. Otherwise a fine, if slightly expensive few hours.
