I've had issues getting my repeat prescriptions with nearly every visit. Staff not helpful. Waiting time are very long even when the shop is quiet.

The staff are usually OK but there is an issue everytime with my repeat prescription. And as they do the prescriptions before you pick them up, if anything is is owing, rather than order the stuff being owed, they wait for you to collect, tell you there's stuff missing then they order the items. Phone is rarely answered. I go because they're local and I dont drive and like I said, most of the staff are competent but recently I've have had to go without important adhd meds, one time was fm4 days the second time was 3 days. This could have serious consequences for some people.

I had no choice to put 0 stars, so had to put 1. On many occasions when repeat prescriptions are being delivered, they are always missing a pack and only given when requested. Handed my prescription in and waited 40 mins (to be told its ready in 10-15 mins), everyone was being named called to collect, queues were going down. I had to ask myself to collect. Then told I had waited 40 mins for a product they haven't got in store!! Terrible service and staff are very ignorant to the fact i've been sat down for longer than any other customers that's been in and out. Leading to unnecessary exposure to themselves, myself and the public to corona.

I received an email from their online doctor service which stated that I should to ring to check my prescription is ready - I've called several times on different days and they haven't answered. I gave up with this and decided to go into the store and check when I got there I was told they couldn't dispense prescriptions as their system was down.

Always a problem getting repeat prescriptions & this week I have had to be issued with a small amount to last until it is available. Due to work commitments & parking problems I cannot keep going back & forth. Not going to use Lloyd's anymore. They really need to sort this out.
