Consistently late, over priced, taking liberties with my grandmother who is 91 years old. Always a different person even over the course of a day which is incredibly stress enducing. They never rang the bell before coming in or announced themselves invading the privacy of a lady with perfect mental capacity. Despite flags being told to manager Louise, none of the bad behaviour was resolved, in fact when a complaint was made it brushed off as if my Grandmother was stupid. An absolute disgrace.
The care my mother gets is brill same staff haven't got a bad word to say my mother is so happy to stay in her own home :)
Everycare provided a really excellent service, caring for my elderly mother. Toby the manager came to visit my mother at very short notice and care was set up almost immediately. The carers who looked after my mother were really wonderful people and took a personal interest in Mum as a person -special mention should go to Russ and Bethan for how happy they made my mother. I would very highly recommend this company to anyone.
lovely company they have been looking after my father for the last 3 years, the care they are providing has been amazing all the staff are caring and thoughtful and we couldnt ask for a better Care agency and the office staff always helpful and willing to change calls to suit my father we are very happy with Everycare
