I would highly recommend LG Williams & Prichard Solicitors. I have known & dealt with the company for nearly 10 years now. They are a highly professional firm. I have known Kim for many years now. She has provided my wife and I excellent service over the years. She is extremely thorough in her work and always comes back to us with answers to our queries. I have found her colleague Lucy to be also very prompt at responding and helping us find answers to queries too. Kim always goes out of her way to ensure that we are happy and that a transaction goes as smoothly as possible. Most recently, other colleagues who were very helpful and prompt at responding back to my queries were; Yasmin & Abigail. A Few years ago, we carried out a lease extension. Hedydd made the process really easy for us. All in all, I found everyone to be very helpful and prompt at responding to emails etc. Thank you very much everyone. Its always a pleasure! Could not recommend Kim Mathews enough She made the experience of buying my first house very smooth. Not only her but everyone else at the office (thank you Abigail, cant remember everyones name) I felt supported at all times and genuinely felt like she had my back all the way through. Everyone involved in the process was impressed by Kim and the Vendors on the other side are even considering instructing Kim for their new site. A well deserved five star recommendation, i wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Just bought my first property and used this firm. Beverly and Rosie were great, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly. They kept me up to date at all stages and were happy to explain anything I didn’t understand. Would recommend!

I have just purchased my first property with the help from Kim Matthews at LG Williams & Pritchard. She was brilliant and so on the ball! She kept in touch from start to finish and always had the time to make sure I understood what was happening throughout the sale. She was easy to get hold of and returned every call & email.
