Jackie treated me during my time as an athlete. Years later her advice has stuck with me and makes more sense now that my understanding has developed. Jackie has a lovely character and takes time to listen explain and checks understanding. Ps. Thankyou Jackie I still appreciate your help from all those years ago perhaps more now than I did as an athlete

Jackie is by a country mile the best Physio in Cardiff! I've used a number of private Physio's in the city and the treatment I received from her was easily the best. Her subject knowledge and skill is outstanding, every time she quickly diagnosed the sports injury I had and came up with a perfect rehab program. She's exactly the right kind of tough with you. What also really impressed me was that she never tries to sign you up to repeated or regular treatments. If you're in need of some physio then Jackie is the person in Cardiff you should get an appointment with.
