I have been going to Jackie Zazlona for Physiotherapy for several years for shoulder and elbow problems. She was recommended by both my Orthopaedic Surgeons. Outstanding service based on a complete understanding of anatomy, rehabilitation and sport. Each course of treatment has resulted in a painless return to sport (golf and triathlon in my case). Cannot recommend her services highly enough.

Erik fitted me at short notice and I had a deep tissue massage with Sandra. She was highly professional, very friendly and did an excellent job at relieving knots causing back and neck pain. Safe environment and pleasant experience.

I had sudden severe pain in my shoulder associated with working from home. I got in touch with Erik and he made the booking process very easy. I had a deep tissue massage with Sandra the next day. She immediately worked on the area and after one session I felt real relief. I would highly recommend the clinic and Sandra, and wouldn’t look anywhere else in Cardiff.

Great place to get a massage. Me and my partner had a hot stone massage with Catherine and Sandra - both were very welcoming and friendly. They left us the most relaxed we've been in months!

The treatments myself and my partner had by Sandra were fab! Im 7 months pregnant and they were both great in getting us in last minute, very welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was perfect. We don’t come over to Cardiff often but when we return we will definitely book in again. Highly Recommend.
