Went to MJ Physiotherapy today and can’t recommend Mohammed enough. From booking the appointment he was great at communicating by text and was happy to accommodate outside of the working day. Had some pain in my hip and knee and he gave me a lot of information, recommended exercises and treatment to help with the problem and aid recovery. Definitely looking to continue sessions.

My first time ever at physio and what an absolutely brilliant service. Friendly, attentive and always looking to listen to their customer. Not only was the problem being addressed but also additional factors that could lead to the build up of my sporting injury in the future. I was provided a full and comprehensive understanding of the issue. I can't wait to see the results already feeling the impact after just one session.

I have a hypermobility disorder, which causes pain in my joints and muscles, and fatigue. Mo has helped me identify what areas I need to work on to improve my overall strength. He is very encouraging and has helped me rebuild my confidence up by working with me to re-educate my body after a long period of deconditioning. It has allowed me to manage my pain better and this has improved my quality of life. Mo has shown me that with the appropriate exercises that focus on stabilising the muscles and the joints, I can help prevent further pain and injury. He is empathetic to my situation and works patiently with me when I have setbacks. Mo is the second physiotherapist I have seen and I am very happy with the work and progress I have accomplished so far with his help. I will continue to work with Mo as he has been very supportive overall.

Came to these guys with intense neck pain and Mohammed did a great job helping relieving the pain. Would recommend.
