Really well set up venue in a great spot. Would love to see a few more new live bands and less tributes and covers, as this venue is a perfect size for "almost academy" sized bands.
Kelis was amazing at tramshed Cardiff Wales UK x July 2018 fantastic experience she's touring the UK again next year in 2021 at London June 28 at the royal Albert hall too far from Cardiff and also Manchester arena x dedicated fan x 2018 tour x
Been here a few times for gigs and also a few work parties and is always a great space. Gigs are pretty intimate but not cramped. Decent prices at the bar too.
Absolutely filthy place , was greeted at the door by girls sat on the floor completely smashed off their faces and the staff just expected us to literally step over them, bar was way overpriced and way under stocked , water dripping on the bar from above and the bar staff were totally unconcerned and happy to let you stand there and find out for yourself, empty cans and plastic cups littered the floor , definitely would never set foot in there again and I have been into some rough places in my time
The sound quality is great and the staff are nice. The location is so convenient too, being just five minutes walk from Cardiff Central station. I'm knocking a star off because the bar prices are so high - this is most expensive bar I've seen at a music venue outside of London.
