TLDR: Professional, supportive and interested, I would reccomend Aktons.
We recently bought a property listed by Aktons. The service was really strong throughout. When viewing the property we were given time to look around. 'Salesmanship' was present but not intrusive.
During the offer phase we had fast and concise contact.
Due to a long chain, the purchase was challenging but Aktons were supportive and realistic throughout.
We were able to contact Aqual and receive a response same day or early next next everytime we tried.
I would be confident to use Aktons having seen how they work with buyers.
