Why pay more? Outstanding service from start to finish with Rhys and the team. Almost 75% cheaper than other local estate agents (Peter Alan quoted £2,400 for the same service - I paid just over £600 with Zevizo). Conducting the viewings myself was the only difference but I actually think that this enhanced the service I could provide to prospective buyers as they were able to ask things first-hand. I managed to achieve £3,000 below asking price within 2 1/2 weeks of putting house one e market. I genuinely couldn't recommend highly enough - feel free to contact me for clarification.

I wasn't sure on using an online estate agent at first, but some of my friends recommended Zevizo Properties as a good place to go so I gave them a call. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic and even when I had some issues with the legal process of the sale, the team at Zevizo were always on hand to help and push the sale of my property forward, helping us complete 2 weeks ahead of schedule! I'm so happy I decided to go with Zevizo, definitely worth giving them a call if you're thinking of selling. Amazing service!

I was recommended this agent though a friend, I wasn't intending on using an online estate agent and the recommendation was on point. The staff are really friendly & helpful, great service throughout the whole process. If you're considering Zevizo Properties definitely give them a call!

I have purchased and sold a property through Zevizo on two occasions and have not been disappointed by the quality of service and attention to detail during both transactions.from the initial valuation, the marketing and then using their in house solicitors everything ran really smoothly.
