Great secure car park. Clean and Tidy.
This place is meant to be secure with door shutters that you access with your tickets, but as you leave or enter, people off the streets are entering and drinking on lower levels, very intimidating and a worry when leaving your car there overnight. Also stairways and lifts smell of urine.
Couldn’t get back in to car park. Then Barrier not working so couldn’t get out. Spoke to three people, who all answered promptly, all questioned if I’d paid, all confirmed I had paid. Waited +10 minutes for engineer to come to site and then barrier opened.
Car park more suitable for smaller cars.
Spaces are too small to park if you plan on exiting your vehicle. Ramps are so narrow they guarantee to scrape the paint off even the tiniest of smart cars. But at least the high prices will make you feel like you’re parking somewhere very exclusive.
A little bit on the expensive side, but that's city centre parking for you. Stairwell had a slight scent of urine, but unlike other NPC car parks there wasn't any used narcotic paraphernalia, which is always a bonus. NPC have very kindly built the car park to test the true drivers out there, with some excellent tight turns and narrow bays - the copious amount of paint transfer on the walls suggests a high failure rate. Upon leaving, the resident tramp offered me a ticket to exit, albeit at a slightly higher rate. An exciting visit all round.
