Shocking prices. If you've got nowhere else to go and this is your only option you're taken for an absolute ride. £12 for 3 hours!
Car park itself is fine, easy entrance and exit, lots of spaces. Easy to pay with the online app.
Bit small for a carpark, broken glass on the floor. Cameras are more interested in lost revenue than the safety of your vehicle.
It is located in City Centre. Very convenient and cheap to park.
Have always used this car park when visiting Cardiff and because I stay at the nearby Helmont House Premier Inn across the road. However having read recently that there were a recent spate of cars being vandalised whilst parked there has made think twice about wanting to park there again, and so I have emailed NCP to enquire as to whether this is still happening - so far I have not heard anything and am not likely to before the weekend as they apparently will do so sometime within the next 14 days. Also hotel guests no longer benefit from a reduced rate upon leaving the car park as it was discontinued and so to qualify for this you would instead have to use the Dumfries Place multi-storey, which is even further away from the hotel. The parking charges could do with coming down significantly - convenient though this car park is it is also ludicrously expensive.
Spaces are too small, but the prices are very big. 4 hours for 16quid? You pay that for 24 hours on some car parks! Only good thing I can think off, is that it's convenient if you're just popping into St David's. Won't be using this car park again.
