For the second time I have had a penalty despite having bought tickets that more than cover my stay by hours. Parker be warned KEEP proof of purchase otherwise a month or.so later yiu will get a penalty. If you have proof they will uphold your appeal but with NO APOLOGY that their parking system is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I only visit a couple of times a year and twice they have done this in 2 years. Disgusting and Cardiff council let them get away with it SOFT REVENUE I think it called and trying to get someone on the phone. Dont bother.

Parking under the residential property would have been cheaper.
Very convenient location, with footbridge adjacent to get you into town.
Some spaces are quite narrow and care needs to be taken manoeuvring.
