Really good experience with very friendly and professional staff. I was very glad to be able to get the surgery performed locally in Cardiff too, rather than having to travel further. I'd have provided a 5 star report but I found the volume of eye drops provided weren't quite enough and necessitated repeated trips to the branch to get more, but otherwise brilliant.
They lie to your face of a lifetime guarantee that if your sight gets worse after surgery they will correct it for free. They told me at the time I would get free surgery if my eyesight gets worse again, at any point in the future. I now need glasses again, several years after surgery, and they said I have to pay. They are con artists!
Had laser eye surgery yesterday, optical express have made it very easy and stress free, Ceri made me feel very at home and comfortable during a very nervous time. 24 hours on I now have 20/20 or better and it's changed my life
