Really nice staff , the main man is always busy and keeping the business running smoothly even throughout the cough . Social distance measures within the store are great too, well managed.
The guys a legend he knows his customers, I took a U/C Brexit coin there (waitin for a new bank card delivery) and he let me buy it back!
I only got 5 refresher bars but he noticed my financial hardship and have me some milk and a pack of biscuits too, legend.
Always polite staff in store or pharmacy.
Sometimes you need to wait at pharmacy but name one where you dont have to.

Worst post office in Cardiff, cash machine Allways not working Thursday mornings and costomer service is poor, keeps you waiting.
Very poor customer service from all staff in working in the post office and pharmacy apart from one young lady in the pharmacy department. The sikh guy with glasses doesn’t care about customers when I try asking a question he stops me half way before I could even finish my sentence to tell me to just “wait” .
Staff are poorly trained in terms of customer service, they are very nosey when I try to print stuff out and this happens all the time! Not just once in a blue moon.
Definitely don’t recommend going there to even post something you will receive back attitude and bad service regardless!
