Amazing customer services every time I use this pharmacy. Friendly staff and accurate dispensing. Thank you for working so hard under such difficult circumstances.
Literally the worst pharmacy, my surgery sends my prescription here so I have no choice but to use it. Staff moan constantly and never have my prescription ready. I use cardiff Bay boots for another prescription and they are fantastic and really polite.

Truly appalling. The 'minions' working here are just useless. Always serve their friends first. Prescriptions never ready. Staff with zero ppe. Place is a shambles.
I don't think I've received such slow service anywhere else, let that be another health service establishment or private retail shops.
If you can't find fast enough employees or enough employees, don't offer a service.
