Phoned for a prescription to be made up for my husband to be told they would do it on this occasion but in future would need 48 hours notice. 48 hours to put 2 items together!!!. Rang Richelds for my own which will be ready in the hour. Know who we will both be using from now on!
What used to be a good and helpful place has gone rapidly down hill. Rude pharmacist, to items always out of stock. When you need your medication and they tell you that they haven't got it and to come back tomorrow is pure unprofessional. No help, no advice just rude attitude. Avoid and switch to a better pharmacy if you are unfortunately with them.
While we are not short of pharmacists in the village, this is the only one we tend to use - friendly, efficient staff and good service.
