Florettes Florist

I placed an order through e-florist for a rather expensive Christmas bouquet, it was labelled luxury xmas bouquet. This was supposed to be containing a mix of luxurious Christmas stems, with red lily, red roses red spray rose, hypericum berries, a touch of purple lisianthus and finished with gold salal and seasonal foliage. The order was delivered near the end of the day for my partner in her salon as a surprise. When I received a photo from my partner it was completely different to what I had ordered. There was thistles for some reason, no gold leaf, no purple lisianthus, no red Lily’s, There were daisy’s, about 3 roses, which weren’t the freshest, and the colour scene was completely off. When I rang up to complain, a man answered with attitude and basically told me they took flowers out because I had ordered a vase, so i was already receiving less flowers than what I had paid for which is a joke. Then he told me they had no red Lily’s, so this told me They had the order in front of them in black and white but decided to make there own version up because they couldn’t fulfil the order. Now the next day I spoke to the florist as instructed and she lied to me saying they received no picture or description of the bouquet from e-florist, yet the guy I spoke to the night before said they didn’t have the certain flowers for the bouquet so she’s lying. Oh and this woman was the most ignorant person I have ever met. Wouldn’t t let me get a word in over the phone, didn’t care I was upset with my order, and thought she had done nothing wrong. I explained if I order 12 red roses and get 12 yellow Lily’s I’d be upset and this is the same scenario. £80 worth of flowers looked like something off a super market shelf. Bottom line, rude, not giving me what I paid for and low quality. If you can’t fulfil the order don’t take it on, especially in these unprecedented times.

Fab place, nice friendly atmosphere and they are very good value for money

Have used this shop a few times, I don’t live in the area but have quite a few friends that do. They have always been helpful and my friends have never been disappointed with their delivery

Flowers die after a day or 2, very expensive for very low quality flowers, wouldn't put into an arrangement for me and no flower food even though spent over £20 on a bouquet, would go anywhere else in the area first

Helium baloons poor quality and don't last then bad attitude from staff when asked to reinflate
