Davis&Sons, Caldicot, currently rent out the property I purchased with them. They know the local market well and give fair and realistic valuations. Usually have a good range of properties.
Thorough vetting process for tenants and have experienced no issues receiving payments or problems with tenants. They handle everything and I just leave them to it! Have good tradesmen on file to oversee repairs at reasonable price.
Would happily recommend to others.
Rubbish housing agency, always make excuses when you have maintenance problems in a rented property, very poor customer service not helpful atall and won't be going with them again. (Also rented to my partner)
