Their shoes aren't waterproof I was told by a member of staff!!! Not fit for purpose then yet they refuse an exchange/refund. Staff almost seem trained in excuses why they cant refund/exchange 4 week old faulty shoes.
Knowingly selling school shoes that leak so children have to spend their school day with wet feet. Shocking Service.
Well stocked and spaced, great value as always, the staff are polite, helpful and observant of customers, a pleasure to shop there!
