I purchased a stone island jacket online for a birthday present during a offer period to receive a £100 voucher. The jacket was not the right size so I purchased another jacket online and I have to return the original one. I have asked if I can keep the £100 voucher and I have been told no as the offer had finished when I purchased the second jacket. I was advised I could have exchanged the jacket but I would have to send the jacket back by post and hope the correct size was available. As there was only one jacket left in the correct size out five different colours I was not willing to take the risk so I purchased another jacket. I feel very let down by this company my family and I have spent a fortune in the last year and to receive this attitude is very disappointing. With so many stores closing you would think loyalty would be important to them obviously not. The worst customer service so I will not be purchasing anything from Flannels again.

After finding out they're trying to sell fake clothes I'd rather stay from the place and go all the way to Selfridges in London

This place has high-end designer clothes and accessories, staff are very friendly and helpful, shop has everything you need for both men, women and kids, obviously it's not going to be cheap as these are designer labels at the end of the day. I found that although it's a very large shop with two levels, it feels a little crowded with certain lines of clothes squashed together, two much crammed in here and there on certain rails, (little bit like TK Maxx), so it can be overwhelming due to the layout, but apart from that its a great shop to visit.
