Originating in the mid 1800s, Tredegarville Primary has been around for hundreds of years serving families in the local Adamsdown area. For me, the small primary school - surrounded by sky rise buildings, construction cranes and the beautiful St James' church - has been in my family for the past few decades. Although it all seems like a distant, blurry memory, I really enjoyed my time at Tredegarville - the staff were extremely supportive and my transition from primary to high school could never have been smoother. After 13 years, some of the friends I met in nursery are still friends I hold dearly today. I still visit to Tredegarville to see how things are progressing, and it's amazing to see how much most of the kids enjoy it!

The school is considered one of the best schools in Wales
