Ryan was great at making sure we moved in on time, even though it was a quick turnover. We were initially with another letting agent in the city but we found them to be poor at commucating, so we decided to call it quits. We then found coach-house lettings and were able to move into our new home with ease.

Not responding 2 phone and emails
I got my DPS money returned in no time after few emails requests to release my deposit. Ryan responds to customers emails promptly which maintains good customer relationship . Good job.
