I’ve rented a lot of flats in Cardiff and have never had such a smooth, efficient, warm, professional or overall excellent experience. I’ve been with them since May 2020 and don’t have a single complaint. Aki the manager is just brilliant. Everything is done by the book, in such a friendly manner. Any issue we have ever had with the flat (which are very few) have been dealt with instantly. Affordable housing that is managed perfectly. I will never rent through anyone else and will stay here for as long as they’ll have me.
I’ve lived in both Australia, and the UK - but have never had a property experience like I do here through CF24. My property manager is Aki - who literally has taken the time out of his weekend to ensure my partner and I are 100% satisfied with our flat. I’m so used to waiting and waiting for issues to be resolved, but Aki and CF24 get them done and sorted before it even becomes a concern. After having a terrible run for property management so far here in Wales, this has been an absolute winner.
Managemement is five star, when i arrive to the office i was received with kindness, a nice cup of tea and and a smile. I recommend to all!
Professional and friendly service, quick to respond and so helpful with all the paperwork. I really needed to find a suitable home, CF24 thanks for finding me a lovely place to live. Would highly recommend.
