Second visit to Costa Prestwick, won’t be back!! A lesson in customer service and good manners is needed in this shop. Tables littered with dirty cups etc...... friendly tone wouldn’t go amiss when serving paying customers!
This Costa was up to the usual high company standards. Coffee and sausage rolls hit the spot. Covid busting regulations in place with regular table cleaning and track and trace.

Young girl serving was as miserable as sin cos she had to keep cleaning tables. I get it's not fun, but it's more important than ever.
