I would first like to thank STUART and CLOE at the Ayr branch ( Enterprise car hire.) for going above and beyond for me.I would also like to thank CRAIG LAWS ( AREA MANAGER ) for his assistance and understanding. These people could not have done any better for me and my family when we needed a family getaway ,that required me to rent a minibus .THESE THREE INDIVIDUALS ARE AN ASSET TO ENTERPRISE CAR HIRE,AS THEY ALL APPRECIATE their jobs at ENTERPRISE CAR HIRE. Booked over the phone with the call centre then phoned the local office to see if I could get the van a bit earlier, they advised no but confirmed it was fine to pick up at the original time I booked for. I then got phoned at 7.30am the day I was to pick up the van to be told there was an error and they had no vans available, the girl blamed the online booking system then when I told her I didn’t do it online I done it by phone she blamed the call centre then when I said no I spoke to the local office aswell and they said it was fine she just said well we have no vans. Didn’t offer any alternative or to check with any other local offices, nothing. Left me completely stuck on the morning of the day I was moving house!

Wy be a hire company if you can't hire to someone who didn't pass credit check?? I was happy to pay with my card the standard £200 Deposit plus my 1 weeks hire all in one payment? Its a bit disappointing that I was on the phone a good 5 minutes doing the booking and then 20 minutes before pick up the branch called me and did the same checks again 😕 bit pointless and a complete waist of my time!!!! Luckily ayr has more than 1 hire company but that's not the point very disappointed customer!!!! Considering you gave me a car whilst u was repairing mines ???

Excellent customer service. They try to give you all the information and the ideas if you're in Ayr. A good deal too while hiring a car compared to other car hire companies. If you're travelling overseas, make sure you get a credit/debit card under your name as they do not accept cash and has to be booked through cards only.
