Extremely disappointed with the service that I am currently receiving from Moginie James Roath. I moved out of my flat on the 24th of October, and still have not received my deposit back.
The issue is that I am calling numerous times throughout the week with no answer, and no one responding to the voicemails that I am leaving. This is becoming ridiculous at this time and is causing undue stress and inconvenience.
I have been left with no other option than having to leave a review with the hopes that a member of your team reads this and starts to take my complaint seriously. I will happily discuss this with any member of the management team.
I hope I hear from someone...
