If you're looking for an estate agent, go and meet Rhys Chapman, he is the man you need to talk to when it comes to properties. I can't speak highly enough of Rhys chapman at Alan Peter. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a great service, communication and support. In the long process of finding a home, we had to deal with a lot of estate agents. Most of them just don't care. Rhys was very different and he does things differently- that personal touch that is often lacking in estate agencies. You can see it just from his interactions with the landlord. He would go beyond in order to offer an outstanding customer service. I can only say that it was absolute pleasure to work with Rhys. His professional approach, market knowledge, listening skills and making things happen even when almost impossible allowed me to find the right place.-My whole experience was exceptional. If you're looking for a property, there is no better service than Rhys Chapman at peter Alan. He is the best and he will be such a delight to deal with. I have only had great experience with anyone from the branch. They have been really supportive throughout the process of looking for a house. Everyone is very friendly and positive as well as professional in their approach. They are realistic about their properties and the prices they should be sold for. Want to thank Rhys Chapman on how he dealt with my renting experience.
