When I moved into my new place, it was quite dirty (mouldy grout, spiderwebs, hair in the washing machine etc.) and I had to spend a lot of time doing a deep clean. I noticed that there were a few maintenance issues, like water damage in the closet, and reported them immediately. Sara was extremely helpful and arranged for people to come and look at the various issues within a couple of days from my email. I was very impressed with how quickly everything was sorted, and the professional manner in with which Sara acted. The only reason I knocked off a star was the cleanliness of the place before I moved in. They did clean most of the mould but it would have been a much better service if they had deep cleaned as well :)
