Professional Sales Team Buying a property can be stressful. In purchasing a property marketed by CPS on Albany Rd has certainly made it less so. A professional team from the stage of the viewing, the negotiations with the vendor to the overall communication between all parties was seamless. CPS are well known for stealing people’s deposits and with good reason. If you expect to get your deposit back, it is required that you do not eat, sleep, live or breathe within your property. Be very careful and do not sign with them if you have any other options.

The most fraudulent company of all time. They say no fee or deposit, not only did they actually charge us 100 deposit for no reason, they also charge full rent in August when nobody is in the property... Can't say no because they were the only company with 8ppl houses in Cathays. Hate them with such a passion, they will try to take every penny off you at the end of the tenancy unless you provide proof of every little mark and dent in the property before you move in, and even then they take weeks to "process" it

WARNING: DON'T USE CPS HOMES AND LETTING AGENT!!! When I used this agency the house we rented was infested with rats and CPS just put a trap in the downstairs cupboard and said that would solve the problem. There were holes all over the house that the mice and rats would run through. Then in February my housemate's window fell out and CPS and the landlord refused to replace it so for a month we had no window and snow came into the house! The only way CPS would react was when we sat in their offices for one day and protested, telling everyone coming into the office, looking to rent a property, to leave. I have lived in many rented properties but CPS Estate Agents is the worst! At the end of your tenancy they won't give back your deposit. CPS is negligent, unprofessional and corrupt. The reason why Estate Agents and landlords have such a bad reputation is because of places like CPS.
