Was great and helpful until they passed us off to a different company and we moved in. We moved in to a broken washing machine that wasn't fixed for months despite countless calls and emails. We found out later down the line that they knew our washing machine was broken since they had a record of removing the parts inside of it before we moved in! I understand James Douglas is not involved with the maintenance, but we were essentially misled into renting a poor property with terrible customer service (over the year I must have called up 20 different occasions, and every time they would have no record of my previous issue)
The service from James Douglas is second to none. Nathan has a very professional manner and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend James Douglas estate agents and can't thank them enough for all their hard work.
