Called out to my elderly parents house to fix a faulty smoke alarm that had been beeping all night and kept them both awake. Was in the house for all of 2 minutes, took the fascia off the alarm, cut the wires and left. £150 for 2 minutes work and did not even turn the power off to the smoke alarm at the junction box, or make any attempt to leave the ceiling looking even half way decent (wires just hanging out from the ceiling). Absolutely shocking level of service and there is no danger I would recommend them to look after anyone's interest other than their own.
