Take our dog to the vets very easy... BUT BE VERY CAREFUL THE CAR PAR HAS A 30 MINUTE STAY ONLY NO ONE TELLS YOU THIS I STAYED 17 SECONDS OVER AND GOT A PARKING FINE....
It's very sad put a black mark on the treatment.
Appointment date and times available were very convenient the service from staff was also very good.
Unfortunately my cat got very frightened about going into the vet so made a run for it. The staff were absolutely fantastic with their quick response and their help.
Despite Corona restrictions, call to arrange urgent appt and actual visit all went smoothly. Receptionist on telephone was very knowledgeable in my cat's problem, and ensured we were seen asap. Vet also explained process and aftercare to follow. Always have good experience at this vets. Can't speak for my cat, he probably not so happy !!
