We walked into Lloyd's in Mossblown, Ayr and was greeted by a friendly staff member called Bianca. She was great from the outset to and really looked after us all through the planning of the kitchen stage. After the design we wanted to change a couple of things and Bianca was very helpful in meeting our needs. From design to installation they were very helpful and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Bianca, you really helped us achieve a goal in our lives to have a beautiful kitchen... Much appreciated!

I was very impressed with the no pressure approach from the sales team. This made picking the right kitchen extremely easy. The designer who visited the house was very knowledgeable and offered some good advice. The delivery team were on time and no fuss. Best of all, they have a no quibble attitude, so if I wanted to ask about how they fitted the kitchen, they took the time to explain what they were doing, the time scales and even all about the high quality material they were using. All in all I will be recommending Lloyds to friends and family.

When looking at kitchens we went to several companies to compare quality, timing and professionalism - Lloyds fitted the criteria with all 3! Being quite a fussy customer he was patient and bent over backwards in helping us build our dream kitchen. Even once the order was placed the customer care was still impeccable. I have already recommended Lloyd to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate in the future to use them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish!!! Bianca at the Mossblown branch was extremely helpful in designing our kitchen, which fell in line with exactly what we had in-visioned. The kitchen was fitted by Craig who was professionally efficient and paid attention to the finest of details. Overall, the kitchen looks excellent and I would definitely recommend Lloyds to others. 5 out of 5 (or 10 out of 10 if I could give that rating). I hope their still around in 20 years when I need the next kitchen done, ;-)
