We are so dissapointed with the quality of our carpets. We have spent over 6k on carpets during the last 7 years. We're assured that these the carpets were great hard wearing quality. Told that lines in carpets would vanish with use. Sadly all rubbish. After 3 and a half years we are now replacing most of them. We even have holes appearing in the stair carpet. We are not heavy users and are smart people that feel we were totally misled by them. Such a shame as the one thing they did do was lift the furniture to fit. I really must advise to stay away from them. Have used JandW in Kilmarnock and whilst not fancy, at least the guys in there tell it how it is.
