We are soon to take the kayak down this lovely stretch of the river ayr. The path down to Stair is rough but passable.
Nice and peaceful. My Grandkids loved it.
A beautiful woodland walk following the River Ayr through the Gorge, 1.5 or 2.5 hour walks available, defo worth a visit
