I was treated and spoken to in a total ignorance manner the manager is soo rude and a huge attitude problem. Sighing as another customer came to the door behind the counter. Such a huge change for the worst from the friendly local chemist we used to have in our village.

A few misguided reviews on here. Haven’t encountered any member of staff being rude or ignorant on any occasion I’ve visited, they have all been very pleasant and helpful. Especially Louise.
Opening hours are clearly stated on the window so if a staff meeting is taking place at 2.10 then that’s fair enough considering it doesn’t open til 2.15 after lunch.

I thought the point of a pharmacy was to be able to go in and ask for help and advice. My girlfriend today got spoken down to, laughed at and made to feel stupid. Will never step foot in that pharmacy again!
