Lazy, arrogant and dishonest. If it wasn't for staff at the Prestwick office my partner would have been conned out of a £200 holding deposit.
Absolute rip off. Charge you fees for a house already allocated to someone else then say they don't make refunds and said they do it all the time...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Another awful review to add to the list-called up to view a property the day it went online,took my name and number and said they would call back when viewings were commencing,weeks went by then online the property showed up as let agreed!!thanks for the phone call Linegreen!Awful customer service AVOID
