Having led School Ski Trips for 20 years now, IBT do a fantastic job. Communication is superb - the staff in the UK office are efficient, helpful and very accommodating (even when I'm being fussy!). The biggest difference I have noticed compared to the other companies I have travelled with is the quality of the product in resort: the accommodation is VERY, very good indeed, the quality of skis/boots is far superior than my previous company and the care from Alex and his team in resort is amazing. We have been lucky to have had very few skiing injuries but when the have occurred, the support is genuinely superb and very reassuring. Of course, the Snow Space Salzburg ski area is fantastic - the lifts and slopes infrastructure are second to none. Whilst I have mentioned Alex above, I wont mention other staff for fear of missing someone out but EVERYONE at IBT, from start to finish, goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. Parents of the students on the ski trips are equally impressed. We moved from our previous ski trip provider to IBT 5 years ago and it was the best move we made. I cannot praise IBT enough for our wonderful ski trips and we look forward to our next visit in the New Year.

Have been on a IBT ski trip as a staff member for the last 2 ski seasons and they are fantastic. Every aspect of the trip from travel, ski hire, resort, accommodation and apres ski were first class. I cannot fault the company and will use them again in the future. Our school kids had an amazing and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! As our school ski trip party leader, I am definitely of the opinion that IBT were amazing throughout the coronavirus pandemic. I honestly can't believe the reviews about the company's reaction during the coronavirus. The issues raised are clearly from parents in these other reviews are as a result of awful communication from the school not the fault of IBT. The school should have kept the parents better-informed. THE FACTS: IBT quite rightly promptly cancelled our ski trip mid-March (scheduled 3rd-10th April) due to the outbreak. By the end of April IBT had issued a Credit Refund Note to our school (which is a full value credit note OR full refund on expiry (31st Jan 21). By the third week of May, IBT had arranged to refund ALL monies paid and parents were then given a full refund. All monies were returned into our school account by the end of May. I think, in such awful circumstances, IBT were absolutely amazing. In comparison, I know other school ski trip party leaders in my local area who didn't hear from their ski company, then didn't receive any money back for many weeks and still (July 20) have not had all money refunded. As far as I am concerned IBT handled things extremely well - I as a party leader, and we as a school, have full confidence in using them next year and future years.

Yeah I heard this firm were ignoring parents pleas for their cash back on a cancelled holiday for their kids. At the very least they should get a freebie when lockdown is lifted. I never awarded a star here. It should be zero stars.
