Sadly I too will add to the numerous other 1 star reviews. I echo the words beneath this review. Just completely poor when returning vehicle back and the CS team are ill equipped to deal with your issue. Still in dispute with them for a vehicle I returned at the height of the pandemic in May. No resolution. Avoid at all costs.

Dreadful company to deal with. Emails go unanswered, you can never get through to a human on the phone and their IT systems were clearly developed by morons as they are simply unusable by customers. Just go somewhere else.

Sharks Sharks Sharks Can’t get through!! Threaten you with credit file being affected despite every payment being on time. End of lease charges for a minor scratch on an alloy! Despite having the car three years! Crooks Condescending staff! No call back from any manager and impossible to get through again. Awful! Please use another company This is nothing short of a fit up!

Spare yourself. My biggest surprise coming to write this review was that there were ANY reviews above 1-star. I have had the unfortunate pleasure of being required to deal with this company for 5 years now, each interaction has been an exercise in frustration. The driver portal is awful - none of the technical details or specifications of the vehicles are completed, there is no indication of model year or clarification on contract details. On more than one occasion selections have been made only to be informed it is no longer available - how about as a novel idea it is removed from the selection then? Account access is bizarre, rather than using e-mail address as a unique identifier they provide you with a random string which if you lose the details there is no way other than to contact staff to get your account unlocked. Forgotten password button? Broken & does not work. It takes an exceptionally bad level of service to care enough to write a review like this so congratulations Lex, you've driven me to distraction.

Awful service provided by staff over the phone and by email. Staff appear to lack knowledge on their own processes, are very hard to get hold of and show little interest in resolving problems. The online portal is also poor and frequently does not work. I raised this over the phone (after waiting nearly an hour to speak to someone as I was unable to send a message via the portal) and was nonchalantly told they know it doesn’t work. Very frustrating experience overall
