THE WORST. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
It has taken two years to sort out effectively a mortgage offer. Still ongoing and no idea when it will all be resolved. Carla is useless. Always 'in court' and unreachable. I send her emails and she cant even pick up on the point of them. You tell her someone's not got paperwork... her response 'I sent it on this date'. WELL RESEND IT. I could do a better job. Solicitors have a bad reputation but this is a joke.
