I phoned to place an order to deliver. i wanted to know weather they could also deliver a birthday card and a present to which he got really rude and said "no we don't ask someone else to do it" and hung up. Avoid at all costs. Rubbish customer service.

I called to ask for a Wedding Florists. A gentlemen with a european accent answered the phone without confirming the shop name. He final confirmed they were a florist and helped with weddings. He asked to describe what I wanted, which I proceeded and then he interrupted me and said he does not do wedding flowers. Then he mumbled something and put the phone down on me. Rude and horrible experience. I wouldn't rely on them for any sort of flowers if that is the service they provide. Stay away.
