HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I used OSWW to get my belongings shipped from Liverpool to London. In the terms and conditions, it clearly states that "Customers that present non-One Stop Worldwide boxes for storage waive their rights to One Stop Worldwide insurance..." I used OSWW for shipping purposes only and had some items damaged in transport and the company refuses to cover the cost of damages because I did not use their boxes. It is true that elsewhere on their website, it states that the use of non-OSWW boxes waive the rights to insurance. HOWEVER, that is not stated in the terms and conditions which is the legally binding contract that I signed. Therefore, One Stop World Wide is playing a rigged game and is potentially breaking the law by not providing insurance coverage. Beware of this horrible sneaky tactic they used on me by trying to divert my attention from the terms and conditions. I wonder how many other customers got swindled out of insurance coverage. Additionally, OSWW claimed to be in touch with Parcelforce regarding the damage to the boxes and contents and I have not heard anything for weeks.

I researched all the major shipping companies, and One Stop was by far the easiest, most straight forward and best value. I will use them again.

The communication is terrible, terrible service and not very punctual. Not recommended, especially not if you're a student living in University accommodation. They refuse to enter the accommodation to get the boxes. I ended up having to use another company, which was much more helpful, friendly, professional, and cheap.

Not recommended for their bad communication with customers and lousy collection process. Last summer I stored two boxes of item with them for four months but only got one box back in the end. Where did the other one go? They said they only picked up one box in the beginning. In the four months, which is quite a long time, they could have noticed me that there was only one box in their warehouse but they didn’t even bother contacting me. It wasn’t until I asked them at the end of the storage period did they tell me that the other box may have been lost during collecting. Why would I paid for two if I only needed one? They should really improve their communication with customers and collaboration with drivers. I had decided to forget about this terrible experience with them but given that I received two mails from them asking me to take surveys two days in a row, I thought telling my customer nightmare story was appropriate. The only good thing was that the delivery was pretty fast. Hope my feedback helps 😀

I have posted my stuff ( two large suitcases) from UK to Kuwait and it took them almost 14 days door to door service... thank you very much, I totally recommend their services :)
