Very good customer service, helpful staff. Ease to find the place too
Rude useless staff. Bought some things last night and instead of scanning then putting them within my reach the guy made me reach under the covid barrier to get them. I’m glad I’m a big guy with long arms as I fathom to think how he would expect other people to get their items!
Open 365 days 24 hours..what better can one ask. I wish there was a subway and marks and Spencer, but Gregg's is nice and the convenience store section is very helpful. Staff are lovely and it's always quick to refill your car or self wash your car in the two bays . There is an ATM too.
Now with Gregg's and big spar also. With disposable plastic gloves provided at the pump, all the rules for covid are well taken care of
The staff are disorganised, slow (will have long, pointless convos with customers, making others wait unnecessarily in the queue) and at times rude. Inconsistent app. The items in the shop are pretty rubbish too
