I can't thank Jeff enough for his kindness and compassion helping our beloved Lulu on her final journey, Jeff's caring disposition and promise to take care of everything for her was amazing and made this difficult time more bearable

We have had the bad fortune to need to use their services three times in a year. Each time we have received a professional and compassionate level of service that has made otherwise unbearable days a little easier. Highly recommended.

A friend recommended Peaceways after they took such care with their beloved cat and I would not hesitate to recommend Peaceways either. Jeff was extremely kind, took his time to explain everything, gave me time with my precious dog, Jersey and was not pushy with regard to the services provided. Most importantly, he treated Jersey with remarkable respect. Jeff listened to all of my requests and carried them out, including keeping some of Jerseys fur for me. It was a small detail that was important to me and it has really helped me to feel that Jersey has indeed come home. Thank you Jeff so much for your kindness, compassion and understanding and making sure my precious Jerseys last journey was peaceful, I am so grateful to you.

Thank you Jeff for your Professionalism, Kindness and Understand at this devastating time for my partner and I. Loosing Ruby has left a massive void in our hearts, but you managed to ease our pain a little by taking control but I turn advising us your process every step of the way. It seems strange to write such a review of a pet crematorium, however without your glowing reviews and recommendation we never would have come across you. I would strongly like to advise that this is a very personal and passionate crematorium. It is in no way corporate like the tradition ‘conveyor belt process’ which also reflects in the value for money which unfortunately is something that has to be taken into consideration. To recommend a crematorium you have to unfortunately experience the loss of your beloved pet, but I do help that this will let anyone who is currently suffering that they are not alone. From only 3 days since the passing of Ruby, we now have her ashes back at home. She is now finally at rest. Jeff, you are a credit to the company. Thank you once again.
