Love this place, the little train is perfect 👌 for any age from a day old to an 100. My grandson loved it. Nice railway shop where you purchase your tickets for only £2.50. They sell an array of railway items from tracks to trains. Apt for any railway enthusiasts.
Remarkable use of the old buildings at the current railway station in the village. Great little development with high quality shops and bars including an ice cream parlour.. Good quality everything! Easy cheap parking with handy disabled access. Lovely spot.
Outside cafe was open public W/C open 30p to take the pi#s attended, nice to sit down after a long ride with a coffee,nice place lovely views,
Best features, by far, are overnight toilet facilities and space to walk the dog. A godsend for those traveling to/from South Midlands/North Wales via the A5 - a pretty route with great scenery and the best driving conditions - which is virtually deserted out of peak times. Beats M6, A55 hands down.
Night toilet is open 24/7 good for a stop on route to the mountains! Normal hours is a cost to use. Cannot really comment on the trains :-)
